AN ORDINANCE

authorizing the City Manager to execute an interconnection agreement with Boone County Regional Sewer District; waiving the annexation agreement requirement for the Walnut Brook, Good-Time Acres, Southbrook and Old Plank Subdivision area; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an interconnection agreement with Boone County Regional Sewer District for the Walnut Brook, Good-Time Acres, Southbrook and Old Plank Subdivision area. The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

SECTION 2. The City Council waives the annexation agreement requirement set forth in policy resolution 115-97A for the Walnut Brook, Good-Time Acres, Southbrook and Old Plank Subdivision as described in paragraph 1 of the Walnut Brook interconnection agreement.

SECTION 3. The sum of $ 250,000 is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund Account No. 555-0000-351.01-00 to the Walnut Brook Interceptor Sewer Project Account No. 555-6388-881.49-90 C43151.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
