Ordinance No.            17129              Council Bill No.           B 400-01            

accepting conveyances for utility and water purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Stephen Herigon Construction, Inc., dated March 2, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Tom Bass Properties, LLC, dated March 8, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication for water main purposes from Arcadia Development Group, LLC, dated December 5, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
