Ordinance No.           17130               Council Bill No.           B 401-01A            

authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with The Harold E. Johnson Company for lease of office space at 310 East Walnut; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with The Harold E. Johnson Company for lease of office space at 310 East Walnut.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 27,540 is hereby appropriated from the Electric Retained Earnings Account No. 551-0000-351.01-00 to the Electric Administration Miscellaneous Contractual Account No. 551-7010-600.49-90 FED931.

    SECTION 3.  The sum of $ 18,360 is hereby appropriated from the Water Retained Earnings Account No. 550-0000-351.01-00 to the Water Administration Miscellaneous Contractual Account No. 550-7010-600.49-90 FWD931.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
