AN ORDINANCE
accepting conveyances for drainage, sidewalk, street, sewer, utility and construction
purposes;
directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this
ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Columbia accepts the following
conveyances:
Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Stephen Herigon Construction, Inc., dated
October 26, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.
Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Robert Jurgensmeyer and Ruth Jurgensmeyer,

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
