Ordinance No.            17150              Council Bill No.           B 12-02            

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication for water main purposes from C&C Construction, Inc., dated December 13, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric purposes from Angelia H. Hilbert and/or Opal E. Smith, Co-trustees of the Ernest W. Smith Trust established by Revocable Trust Indenture dated July 29, 1997 and Opal E. Smith and/or Angelia H. Hilbert, Co-trustees of the Opal E. Smith Trust established by Revocable Living Trust Indenture, dated December 26, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
