appropriating revenue from the sale of a fire department truck for the purchase of fire fighting equipment; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $ 15,000 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Auction Revenues Account No. 110-0000-480.47-00 to the Fire Department Emergency Services Vehicles/Trucks Account No. 110-2320-513.65-25.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
