Council Bill No.          R 12-02A          

authorizing an amendment to the agreement with The Curators of the University of Missouri for use of the Simmons Field Baseball Facility.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the agreement with The Curators of the University of Missouri for use of the Simmons Field Baseball Facility.  The form and content of the amendment shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 2.  The City Manager is further authorized to execute a three-party agreement with the University and a professional baseball team which incorporates the essential terms of “Exhibit A.”
