A RESOLUTION
authorizing an agreement with Rafael Architects, Inc. for architectural services for renovation of
office space for the Health Department and a health clinic.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Boone
County and Rafael Architects, Inc. for architectural services for renovation of the property at
1005 West Worley Street into office space for the Health Department and a health clinic. The
form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
SECTION 2. If Boone County is unwilling at this time to enter into the
agreement with Rafael
Architects, Inc., the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement between the City and
Rafael Architects, Inc. substantially as set forth in “Exhibit A.”
