AN ORDINANCE
approving the Planned Unit Development Site Plan of Grantwood Village; approving a parking
encroachment into the required yard; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become
effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Planned Unit Development
Site Plan of
Grantwood Village, dated December 2001, located on the east side of Ballenger Lane,
approximately 300 feet south of Lillian Drive.
SECTION 2. Approval of the PUD Site Plan shall be deemed to satisfy the
requirements for a
Preliminary Plat of a Subdivision.
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby approves a modification of the yard
requirement to
allow the parking area along the northerly side of Lot 16 of the Grantwood Village PUD plan to
encroach into the 25-foot wide perimeter setback by up to 10 feet. At no time shall the perimeter
setback be reduced to less than 15 feet.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
