Section 103-142 Res. 54-02; Setting a Public Hearing RE: Levying Special Assessments Against Property Benefitting from Improvements made to Scott Boulevard from Bellview Drive Northward to Brookview Terrace

determining the time and place of a public hearing on special assessments against property specially benefited by and abutting on the public improvements made to Scott Boulevard from Bellview Drive northward to Brookview Terrace.

SECTION 1. The City Council hereby determines that a public hearing on special assessments against property specially benefited by and abutting on the public improvements made to Scott Boulevard from Bellview Drive northward to Brookview Terrace, as authorized by Ordinance No. 016167, shall be held in the Council Chamber of the Daniel Boone Building, 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, Missouri, at 7:00 p.m. on March 18, 2002, at which time all interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause an appropriate advertisement of the time and place of the public hearing to be published in a daily newspaper of general circulation in the City of Columbia for seven (7) consecutive insertions.
