A RESOLUTION
authorizing agreements to implement the Dilapidated Building Demolition Program and the
Vacant Lot Acquisition Program.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Mark
Stevenson for demolition of a structure located at 413 N. Garth under the Dilapidated Building
Demolition Program. The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth
in
"Attachment A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Enterlight
Ministries to provide funds under the Vacant Lot Acquisition Program for the purchase of
property located at 5 Switzler Street. The form and content of the agreement shall be
substantially as set forth in "Attachment B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully
as if
set forth herein verbatim.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is authorized to execute future agreements
substantially in the
form of Attachments A and B to implement the Dilapidated Building Demolition Program and
the Vacant Lot Acquisition Program.
