appropriating FTA grant funds for the upgrade of the bus storage building exhaust system, construction of a unisex restroom at the Grissum Building, and the purchase of spare engines and transmissions for buses; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $ 61,550 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Revenues Account No. 553-0000-461.10-00 C47005 to the Exhaust System  Project Account No. 553-6188-881.49-90 C47005.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 47,374 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Revenues Account No. 553-0000-461.10-00 C47006 to the Spare Engines and Transmissions Account No. 553-6188-881.49-90 C47006.

    SECTION 3.  The sum of $ 11,440 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Revenues Account No. 553-0000-461.10-00 C47007 to the Grissum Building Restrooms Project Account No. 553-6188-881.49-90 C47007.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
