appropriating funds donated by the Missouri Fitness Underground for the Mayor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Health; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $ 1,367.00 is hereby appropriated from the Permanent Park Improvement Fund Account No. 753-8500-480.53-00 to the Mayor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Health Account No. 110-0120-501.13-01 Project B11290.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
