authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the contract with R.W. Beck, Inc. for evaluation of the distributed generation service project.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to the contract with R.W. Beck, Inc. for evaluation of the distributed generation service project.  The form and content of the amendment shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
