Council Bill No.         R 72-02           

approving the FY 2001 CDBG and HOME Performance Report; and authorizing the City Manager to submit the document to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The FY 2001 CDBG and HOME Performance Report is hereby approved.  

    SECTION 2.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to submit the FY 2001 CDBG and HOME Performance Report to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
