AN ORDINANCE
rezoning property located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Ripley Street and Pratt
Street from District R-3 to District O-P; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of
ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section
294 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A tract of land described in the warranty deed in Book 421 at page 502 being parts of Lots
Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Stephen’s Subdivision of Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) and
Nine (9) of the Subdivision of Lot Twenty-seven (27) in Stephen’s Second Addition to the Town
(now City) of Columbia as recorded in Book 68 at page 345, both of the Boone County Records;
situate in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri.
will be rezoned and become a part of District O-P (Planned Office District) and taken away from
District R-3 (Medium Density Multi-Family Dwelling District). Hereafter the property shall be
used for a physician’s office.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The plan submitted shall be in substantial conformance with
the letter submitted
on March 25, 2002 attached hereto as “Exhibit A” and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
