AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Stadium Boulevard/State Route 740 and West Worley Street from District C-1 to District C-P; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
    
Being a part of Lot One (1), MUNICIPAL ADDITION BLOCK ONE (1) recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 77 of the Boone County Records and more particularly described as follows:

Starting at the center of Section Ten (10), Township Forty-eight (48) North, Range Thirteen (13) West as shown by said plat; thence North 2E49' East, 40.05 feet; thence North 84E25' West, 70.3 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence continuing along the South line of said Lot 1, North 84E25' West, 29.75 feet to the point of beginning.

Thence from the point of beginning and with the lines of said Lot 1, North 84E25' West, 172.25 feet; thence North 0E34' East, 199.80 feet; thence South 84E25' East, 200.0 feet; thence South 0E00' East, 166.43 feet to the Northeast corner of the deed recorded in Book 459, Page 18; thence leaving the lines of said Lot 1 and following the lines of said deed, North 85E51' West, 11.4 feet; thence South 2E49' West, 25.1 feet; thence South 69E15' West, 18.20 feet to the South line of said Lot 1, the point of beginning.

will be rezoned and become a part of District C-P (Planned Business District) and taken away from District C-1 (Intermediate Business District).  Hereafter the property may be used for all permitted uses in District C-3 (General Business District).

    SECTION 2.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
