Section 103-250; Ord. 17285; Acceptiing Conveyances for Water and Electric Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for water and electric purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Archie P. Landes, dated March 29, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.
    
Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Michael P. and Patricia J. Sweeney, dated March 26, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Myles and Julie Haspiel, dated March 18, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from The Harold E. Johnson Companies, Inc., dated October 30, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from The Harold E. Johnson Companies, Inc., dated March 26, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit E" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from Stephen Herigon Construction, Inc., dated October 26, 2001, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit F" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from HM Land Company, LLC, dated March 29, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit G" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from John R. and Deborah J. Boyer, dated April 5, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit H" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
