AN ORDINANCE

amending Chapter 14 of the City Code to prohibit parking along sections of Paquin Street; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is hereby amended as follows:

    Material to be deleted in strikeout; material to be added underlined.

Sec. 14-324. Parking prohibitedAt all times.

    When signs are placed, erected or installed in each block, giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or places hereinafter set forth:

    Pannell Street, both sides, from Wilkes Boulevard to its southern terminus.

    Paquin Street, north side, between College Avenue and Hitt Street.

Paquin Street, south side, from College Avenue, thence west three hundred (300) feet.

Paquin Street, north side, from Waugh Street, thence east two hundred forty-three (243) feet.

Paquin Street, south side, from Matthews Street, thence west two hundred ninety-three (293) feet.

Paquin Street, north side, from Hitt Street, thence east three hundred fifty (350) feet.

    Paris Court, west side, from Paris Road, thence south to its terminus.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
