Section 103-305; Ord. 17323; Accepting Conveyances for Electric and Water Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for electric and water purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication for water purposes from Godas Development, Inc., dated April 23, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from Garry L. and Brenda G. Lewis, dated March 14, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from The Gates Corporation d/b/a The Gates Rubber Company, dated April 5, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from The Gates Corporation d/b/a The Gates Rubber Company, dated April 25, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from The Gates Corporation d/b/a The Gates Rubber Company, dated April 25, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit E" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Troy and Shirley Miller, dated April 23, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit F" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Tyson W. Nichols, dated April 10, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit G" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Broadway Christian Church of Columbia, dated April 1, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit H" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
