Council Bill No.         R 123-02           

authorizing an emergency shelter grant program contract with the Missouri Division of Family Services; and authorizing agreements with Comprehensive Human Services, Inc., the Salvation Army, and Welcome Home, Inc.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an emergency shelter grant program contract with the Missouri Division of Family Services.  The form and content of the contract shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

  

    SECTION 2.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute agreements with Comprehensive Human Services, Inc., the Salvation Army, and Welcome Home, Inc.  The form and content of the agreements shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibits B, C and D" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
