AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sidewalk, sewer, street and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes from Lake of the Woods South, L.L.C. dated May 1, 2002.

Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes from Teton Drive Development, L.L.C. dated May 1, 2002.
