Section 103-369; Ord. 17364; Accepting Conveyances for Water and Electric Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for water and electric purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for water and electric purposes from DDM Investments, Inc., dated May 22, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water purposes from Broadway Christian Church of Columbia, Missouri, dated April 1, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water purposes from Hugh E. Stephenson, Jr. and Sarah D. Stephenson, B.J. and Shirley McClatchey and Frank L. and Marilyn M. Mitchell, dated May 6, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water purposes from Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 of Boone County, MO, dated May 9, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
