AN ORDINANCE

approving the Final Plat of Cox-Leonard Subdivision, Plat 2, a Replat of Lot 10 of Cox-Leonard Subdivision; accepting the dedication of rightsofway and easements; granting a variance to the Subdivision Regulations regarding sidewalks; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of Cox-Leonard Subdivision, Plat 2, a Replat of Lot 10 of Cox-Leonard Subdivision, dated May 13, 2002, located on the north and east sides of Bradford Drive, containing approximately .35 acre in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat evidencing such approval.

    SECTION 2.  The City Council hereby accepts the dedication of all rightsofway and easements as dedicated upon the plat.

    SECTION 3.  Subdivider is granted a variance from the requirements of Section 25-48.1 of the Subdivision Regulations so that sidewalk construction shall not be required along the north and east sides of Bradford Drive.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
