ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section
294 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A tract of land located in Section 36, Township 49 North, Range 13 West in Columbia, Boone
County, Missouri being a portion of tract 1 and 4 of a tract Split Survey recorded in Book 1522 at
Page 132 of the Boone County records and being more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the north 1/4 corner of said Section 36; thence with the 1/4 section line S 0E13'10"E,
1361.36 feet; thence S 88E44'50"W, 20.27 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 0E57'50"E,
688.76 feet; thence N 85E45'40"W, 709.56 feet; thence N 0E00'00"E, 618.42 feet; thence S
88E06'20"E, 88.54 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 625.00 feet for an
length of 108.14 feet, the long chord bears N 86E56'10"E, 108.00 feet; thence N 81E58'50"E,
261.47 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 575.00 feet for an arc length of

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
