AN ORDINANCE

accepting an arts grant from the National Endowment for the Arts for support of the CARE Gallery; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept an arts grant from the National Endowment for the Arts for support of the CARE Gallery.

SECTION 2. The sum of $ 2,600 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Revenues Account No. 226-4610-461.10-00 to the Temporary Positions Account No. 226-4610-509.01-05.

SECTION 3. The sum of $ 2,400 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Revenues Account No. 226-4630-461.10-00 to the Miscellaneous Contractual Account No. 226-4630-509.49-90.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
