Ordinance No.           17407               Council Bill No.           B 272-02            

authorizing the City Manager to execute Change Order No. Five to the contract with Curtiss-Manes-Schulte, Inc. for construction of the Columbia Activity Recreation Center; setting forth the nature and amount of the change; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to

execute Change Order No. Five to the contract with Curtiss-Manes-Schulte, Inc. for construction of the Columbia Activity Recreation Center.

    SECTION 2.  The nature and amount of the change is set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
