to have the conveyance recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that
a certain sewer easement within
Bearfield Subdivision, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width across a part of a tract of land described
in a warranty
deed in Book 1194 at Page 144 of the Boone County Records; situate in the northeast quarter
(1/4) of the northeast quarter (1/4) of Section 6, Township 47 North, Range 12 West, Boone
County, Missouri; said strip being ten (10) feet in width on both sides of the following described
Starting at the southwest corner of Lot 16 of Bearfield Subdivision as described in
Plat Book 7 at
Page 6 of the Boone County Records; thence along the west line of said Bearfield Subdivision
S.1E04'45"E., 185.00 feet; thence leaving said west line N.89E21'10"E., 175.94 feet to the

SECTION 3. The conveyance to the City of Columbia, Missouri,
