appropriating funds for Share the Light Program; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The sum of $ 600.00 is hereby appropriated from the Share the Light Public Health Program Account No. 753-8500-480.50-44 to the Health Department Miscellaneous Account No. 110-3010-531.13-95.

    SECTION 2.  The sum of $ 2,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Share the Light Police Program Account No. 753-8500-480.50-46 to the Crime Prevention Miscellaneous Account No. 110-2129-511.13-95.

    SECTION 3.  The sum of $ 1,500.00 is hereby appropriated from the Share the Light Fire Program Account No. 753-8500-480.50-45 to the Fire Prevention Miscellaneous Account No. 110-2342-513.13-95.

    SECTION 4.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
