accepting a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide improved health services to Spanish-speaking residents.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept a grant in the amount of $129,595 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide improved health services to Spanish-speaking residents.

    SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.

    ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2002.
