AN ORDINANCE

vacating utility easements located within Concorde Office and Industrial Plaza Subdivision; directing the City Clerk to have a copy of this ordinance recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council finds and determines that certain utility easements located within Concorde Office and Industrial Plaza Subdivision, more particularly described as follows:

An eight (8) foot wide utility easement located in the SE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 48 North, Range 12 West, Columbia, Boone County, Missouri described as follows:

The north eight (8) feet of a tract shown by a survey recorded in Book 491, Page 186.

An eight (8) foot wide utility easement located in the SE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 48 North, Range 12 West, Columbia, Boone County, Missouri described as follows:

Beginning at the NE corner of a survey recorded in Book 491 Page 186; Thence N 89E-36'-30"W, 563.95 feet along the north line of said survey to a point on the east R/W line of U. S. Highway 63; Thence continuing along said R/W, N15E-54'-30"W, 8.34 feet; Thence leaving said R/W S89E-36'-30"E, 566.29 feet; Thence S 0E-23'-30"W, 8.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The south 8.0 feet of Lot 16 of Concorde Office and Industrial Plaza Plat 7.

are in excess and surplus to the needs of the City and are hereby vacated.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
