AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Triple SSS Development, LLC, dated July 31, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric utility purposes from TKG Providence, LLC, dated July 25, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication for water main purposes from Dale and Genevieve Louise Nichols and Loren Gene Nichols, dated June 4, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication for water main purposes from Lake of the Woods South, LLC, dated June 10, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication for water main purposes from Cambridge Place, LP, dated July 2, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit E" is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication for water main purposes from Thornbrook Development, Inc., dated July 31, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit F" is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication for water main purposes from Thornbrook Development, Inc., dated July 31, 2002, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit G" is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
