AN ORDINANCE
amending the City of Columbia Employee Health Care Plan; and fixing the time when this
ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Columbia Employee Health Care Plan is amended by
substituting
the Appendix A, Prescription Drug Benefit, attached to this ordinance for Appendix A of the
current City of Columbia Employee Health Care Plan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
November 1,
2002.
