Section 103-556; Ord. 17475; Accepting Conveyances for Drainage, Sewer, Sidewalk and Utility Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, sidewalk and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes from Broadway and Broadfield Properties, LLC, dated August 23, 2002.

Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes from DDM Investments, Inc., dated May 22, 2002.

Grant of Easement for Drainage Purposes from OFW Corporation, Inc., dated  September 18, 2002.
Grant of Easement for Sewer Purposes from Columbia Apartments, LLC, dated August 22, 2002.

Grant of Easement for Sewer Purposes from Steve D. and Jacqueline K. March and Holliday Construction, Inc., dated June 10, 2002.

Grant of Easement for Utility Purposes from Clark Lane Development Company, dated June 4, 2002.

RightofWay Easement for Sidewalk Purposes from Gus and Cindy Moosmann, dated September 11, 2002.

Quit Claim Deed for Sewer Purposes from Steve D. and Jacqueline K. March and Holliday Construction, Inc., dated June 26, 2002.

Quit Claim Deed for Sewer Purposes from OFW Corporation, Inc., dated September 18, 2002.

Quit Claim Deed for Sewer Purposes from DDM Investments, Inc., dated June 7, 2002.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
