Section 103-561; Ord. 17480; Accepting Conveyances for Utility Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Ralph A. and Diana A. Hennerich, dated August 22, 2002.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Hy-Vee, Inc., dated August 27, 2002.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from the Hammond Steel Metal Company, dated September 4, 2002.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Mid-MO Mobile Home Plaza, Inc., dated September 18, 2002.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Kathryn K. and Robert G. Pezold, dated September 18, 2002.

Grant of Easement for water and electric purposes from Dorcas Sue Miller and Judy Glaister, Trustees, dated September 13, 2002.

Deed of Dedication for utility purposes from Hy-Vee, Inc., dated August 27, 2002.

Deed of Dedication for utility purposes from C & C Construction, Inc.,  dated September 11, 2002.

Deed of Dedication for utility purposes from Broadfield Properties, LLC., dated September 19, 2002.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
