AN ORDINANCE

appropriating FEMA and SEMA funds for repair of damage to the constructed wetlands; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The sum of $ 122,431.18 is hereby appropriated from the Federal Revenues Account No. 555-0000-461.10-00 to the Sewer Utility Operating Budget Account No. 555-6321-642.49-90.

SECTION 2. The sum of $ 16,324.16 is hereby appropriated from the State Revenues Account No. 555-0000-462.10-00 to the Sewer Utility Operating Budget Account No. 555-6321-642.49-90.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
