Council Bill No.          R 20-03          

authorizing the City Manager to make federal fiscal year 2003 Certifications and Assurances for Federal Transit Administration assistance programs.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to make federal fiscal year 2003 Certifications and Assurances for Federal Transit Administration assistance programs.  Certifications and assurances shall be substantially in the form of “Exhibit A” which is attached to and made a part of this resolution.

    ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 2003.
