rezoning property located on the north side of Hinkson Avenue, approximately 115 feet west of North William Street from District R-3 to District R-2; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

    

The east half of the south part of Lot 2 of Stephens Addition to the City of Columbia, Missouri, a subdivision recorded in Book 36, Pages 536 to 538, and lying south of and abutting Paris Court, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 17, and also the west half of the south part of Lot 3 of said Stephens Addition to the City of Columbia, lying west of and abutting J. W. Schwabe’s Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 28, with said tracts being located in the south half of the south half of the northwest quarter of Section 7, T48N, R12W, Boone County, Missouri, both tracts as described by the Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 365, Page 586, and in Book 573, Page 150, all of the Boone County Records.  

will be rezoned and become a part of District R-2 (Two-Family Dwelling District) and taken away from District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 2.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
