Section 105-005; Ord. 17950; Approving the PUD Site Plan of Forest Ridge; approving a revised Statement of Intent; granting a variance for an off-site temporary turn-around

AN ORDINANCE

approving the Planned Unit Development Site Plan of Forest Ridge; approving a revised Statement of Intent; granting a variance for an off-site temporary turn-around; requiring a development agreement before final platting; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Council hereby approves the Planned Unit Development Site Plan of Forest Ridge, dated November 11, 2003, located on the northeast corner of Brown School Road and North Providence Road, extended.
    
    SECTION 2. The revised Statement of Intent dated February 19, 2003 as revised on September 2, 2003 is approved.  A copy of this Statement of Intent, marked “Exhibit A,” is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.

    SECTION 3. The City Council hereby grants a variance to Section 25-42(2)c of the Subdivision Regulations so that subdivider shall not be required to construct a temporary turn-around at the northeast terminus of North Providence Road, extended.

    SECTION 4. Approval of the site plan is subject to the condition that before any final plat of the property is approved, a development agreement must be entered into between City and subdivider addressing responsibility for construction of North Providence Road and improvements or financial contributions to future improvements to Brown School road adjacent to the subdivision.

    SECTION 5.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
