Council Bill No.           R 19-04         

authorizing the City Manager to agree to the proposed change in the approved project under an agreement with New Wave Corporation.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City Manager is hereby authorized to agree to the proposed change in the approved project under an agreement with New Wave Corporation involving FY 2004 tourism development funds.  The change is outlined in the letter from the festival director of the John William “Blind” Boone Ragtime and Early Jazz Festival a copy of which, marked “Exhibit A,” is attached to and made a part of this resolution.
