AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located on both sides of Wren Wood Drive, extended, from District R-2 to District R-1; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

A tract of land in the south ½ of Section 33, Township 49 North, Range 12 West, City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri.  Said tract, being part of that land described by a warranty deed recorded in book 2274, page 423 of the Boone County, Missouri records, is more particularly described as follows.

Beginning at the southwest corner of Timberlane Subdivision Plat 5, recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 62; thence N85°- 03'-00"E, along the south line of said Plat 5, 410.90 feet to the west line of Timberlane Subdivision Plat 3, recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 9; thence along the lines of said Plat 3: S44°- 04'-15"E 185.30 feet, and S81°- 28'-35"E 219.90 feet to the west line of Timber Ridge Plat 1, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 63; thence S5°- 18'-45"E, along the west line of Lot 12, Timber Ridge Plat 1, 198.85 feet; thence S5°- 06'-50"E, along the west line of Wren Wood Drive and the west line of Lot 11, Timber Ridge Plat 1, 193.00 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 1 being on the north line of Oak View Terrace recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 51; thence S84°- 58'-30"W, along the north line of said Oak View Terrace, 731.00 feet; thence N6°- 10'-00"W 587.95 feet to the point of beginning and containing 8.90 acres.

will be rezoned and become a part of District R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District) and taken away from District R-2 (Two-Family Dwelling District).

    SECTION 2.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
