Section 105-107; Ord. 18014; Accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the
conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become
effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from James and Helen Judah dated January 20, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for guying purposes from Dena J. Smith and Edith N. Pinet dated January 29, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric purposes from Gregory R. and Tonya T. Wolff dated January 29, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from A. Ben and Nancy J. Galloway, dated December 29, 2003, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
