AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for water and electric utility purposes for the construction of an overhead electric line along the east side of Mount Vernon Avenue; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Andrew A. Anderson dated February 23, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Karen S. and Norman J. Merritt, Jr. dated February 9, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Donna A. Adkins dated February 16, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Carl D. and Carolyn S. Holloway dated February 10, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.
Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Thomas Paul and Sandra Lee Marcy dated February 21, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Two Guys Rentals, L.L.C. dated January 23, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from the Benjamin Womack Alexander Trust Agreement and the Philip E. Alexander Trust dated February 16, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water and electric utility purposes from Neil A. and Holli L. Carr dated February 23, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
