Creasy Springs Road, from District R-1 to District PUD-9; repealing all conflicting ordinances or
parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map established and adopted
by Section 29-4 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2,
TOWNSHIP 48 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI BEING THE
TRACT DESCRIBED BY THE WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 2453, PAGE 133
OF THE BOONE COUNTY RECORDS
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BOONE COUNTY SURVEY # 7710;
THENCE ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, S83°56E, 130.2 FEET; THENCE
S0°02E, 510.1 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PROCTOR DRIVE;
THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, N87°00W, 204.8 FEET; THENCE N3°00E,
50.2 FEET; THENCE N8°55E, 468.8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND
CONTAINING 2.00 ACRES.
will be rezoned and become a part of District PUD-9 (Planned Unit Development) with
development density not exceeding nine dwelling units per acre and taken away from District R-1 (One-Family
Dwelling District). Hereafter the property may be used for single family attached
townhomes and all permitted uses in District R-2. The Statement of Intent, marked "Exhibit
is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
