AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Berendzen/Gage Rentals, LLC. dated June 28, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Fred W. and Cheryl L. Overton dated July 6, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Fred W. and Cheryl L. Overton dated July 6, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from Fred W. and Cheryl L. Overton dated July 6, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Deed of Dedication from The Broadway Shops, LLC dated July 2, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Mill Creek Manor, Inc. dated June 30, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Burton and Colette Schauf dated June 15, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Burton and Colette Schauf dated June 15, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Most & P LLC dated June 24, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
