rezoning property located on the northeast corner of Green Meadows Road and Green
Circle from District R-1 to District PUD-10; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of
ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS
SECTION 1. The Zoning District Map established and
adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:
A tract of land located in the Northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 49 North,
West, Boone County, Missouri being part of a survey as recorded in Book 658 at Page 587 of the
records of Boone County and more particularly described as follows:

will be rezoned and become a part of District PUD-10 (a Planned Unit Development
development density of not more than ten dwelling units per acre) and taken away from District
R-1 (One Family Dwelling District). Hereafter the property may be used for attached, zero lot
line single family residences. The Statement of Intent, marked Exhibit A is attached

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The rezoning of the property described in

to construct Green Meadows Circle to local residential
street standards, including sidewalks on both sides abutting applicants property, between Green
Meadows Road and Greenbriar Drive.
2. Except as modified by this ordinance, the PUD development
shall be subject to the
conditions, requirements, restrictions and descriptions set forth in Exhibit A and in the
documentation which was provided by applicants attorney (a two page letter dated May 14,
2004 and a 13 page memorandum with exhibits dated May 13, 2004), marked Exhibit B,
attached to and made a part of this ordinance.
3. The PUD development shall not be
a gated development.
4. A storm water management plan shall
be required at the time of PUD site plan submittal.
Such plan shall mitigate the increase in runoff generated by the development in excess of an R-1
single family subdivision.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
