Section 105-608; Ord. 18311; Rezoning property located at the northwest corner of Providence Road and Third Avenue (209 and 213 Third Avenue) from District O-P to District C-P

AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located at the northwest corner of Providence Road and Third Avenue (209 and 213 Third Avenue) from District O-P to District C-P; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

Lot Sixty-seven (67) of ODON GUITAR’S SUBDIVISION and PARK ADDITION to the City of Columbia, Missouri, as shown on plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 16, Boone County, Missouri Records; and,

Lot Sixty-eight (68) in GUITAR’S SUBDIVISION and PARK ADDITION to the City of Columbia, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 16, Boone County, Missouri Records.

will be rezoned and become a part of District C-P (Planned Business District) and taken away from District O-P (Planned Office District). Hereafter the property may be used for an auto parts store only.

    SECTION 2.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
