AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located on the west side of Brown Station Road, north of U.S. Highway 63 from District A-1 to District PUD-10; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

The North Five Hundred and Forty (540) feet of all that part of the South half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Forty-nine (49), Range Twelve (12), lying West of the center of what is known as the Columbia-Brown’s Station County Road, and containing 11.64 acres, more or less, EXCEPT that part deeded to the State of Missouri for road purposes as shown by deed recorded in Road Book 2, page 248, Deed Records of Boone County, Missouri.

will be rezoned and become a part of District PUD-10 (Planned Unit Development) with a development density not exceeding ten dwelling units per acre and taken away from District A-1 (Agricultural District). Hereafter the property may be used for all permitted uses in District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District).  The statement of intent submitted by applicant, marked “Exhibit A” is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
