AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for drainage, sewer, sidewalk, street and utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Hendren Brothers Realty LLC dated August 31, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for drainage purposes from Mill Creek Manor, Inc. dated October 28, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.
