Section 105-643; Ord. 18337; Accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

    SECTION 1.  The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Deed of Dedication from Double R Squared, Inc. dated June 1, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from BJO, Inc. dated October 6, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for water utility purposes from Timber Creek Condo Development, LLC dated October 28, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from Timber Creek Condo Development, LLC dated October 13, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from Jacqueline L. Bulgin, Trustee of The Bulgin Family Living Trust dated October 4, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from John Sanderson Construction, L.L.C. dated October 28, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from John Sanderson Construction, L.L.C. dated October 28, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from Charles R. and Judy K. Johnson dated October 29, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for underground electric utility purposes from April L. Clevenger dated October 29, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.
Grant of Easement for underground utility purposes from Ming Sun Wong and Shirley Wong dated October 12, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this ordinance.

    SECTION 2.  The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have the conveyances recorded in the office of the Boone County Recorder of Deeds.

    SECTION 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
